As an ongoing volunteer at Casa-Estudio Luis Barragan, I collaborated with a team of former docents and the institution's leadership to carry out a visitor journey map and devise a concept for an app, all within the span of one summer.
I pointed out the potential for Casa Barragan to develop an app that would address the difficulties faced by visitors and reduce the workload of docents. This would result in higher revenue through increased online traffic and reservations.
